Biographical information:
From Ekaterinoslav. Lived in Minsk. Died in the Holocaust, soon after the Germans captured Minsk (June 28, 1941). Approximately 20 thousand Jews were murdered by the Germans during the first few months of the occupation. Government officials fled the town without making any preparations for an evacuation.
