Born ca. 1829. Listed in the December 7 1850 Lithuanian census at Galubichi, Disna uyezd.
Note that we also have a Rubin Tsirlin listed as the father of a draft evader named Abram in the Minsk gubernia in 1880, when this Rubin was 51. This is quite possibly the same Rubin. The name seems very rare in our files.
